The songs were excellent. The group was cohesive. The crowd was energetic. It was a pleasant experience to attend Homegrown - An Arizona Choreographer Showcase in a full, but not sold-out, venue. The tunes have enough power to attract an audience, but Jeff Tweedy brings them back. There were some moments of outstanding musical interaction by the band. Except for a few captivating guitar solos and a truly electrifying opening act, the band mostly stuck to the original song arrangements. Here is where they might have gained an extra star. Wilco features six musicians, some of whom switch instruments. In my view, the band could experiment more with their usual setlist. I wish they continue to produce new music. Otherwise, their performances might start to feel repetitive.
